Daniel A. D. Clark, who has been with Goodman Real Estate Services Group LLC since January 2002, is Vice President and Manager of the Columbus, Ohio, office. Daniel specializes in representation of restaurants, retailers, and developers in their site selection, multiple-parcel land assemblage, leasing, investment analysis and the development/redevelopment process throughout Ohio, Indiana and Kentucky. His current tenant representation clients include Blaze Fast Fire’d Pizza, DiBella’s Old-Fashioned Subs, First Watch Daytime Cafe, Perry’s Steakhouse, Robeks Fruit Smoothies and Healthy Eats, Starbucks Coffee, Sweet Carrot Fresh Casual, T-Mobile, and Witness Investment (Hotel Development). Daniel’s developer/landlord clients include Deville Development, Fox Family Management, Meridian Realty Capital LLC, and Witness Investment with whom he has listed multiple shopping and commercial centers, existing land and existing commercial space for lease or sale. Past clients include Cabela’s, Smile Brands (Bright Now! Dental), Pacific Bells (Taco Bell Franchisee), and Donatos Pizza for whom Daniel performed multiple transaction types ranging from new market roll-out to disposition of free-standing single tenant and big box assets.
