Zachary M. Sogoloff is a Senior Vice President with Goodman Real Estate Services Group LLC. He is an 18-year commercial real estate veteran, having joined Goodman Real Estate Services Group LLC upon his graduation from The Ohio State University in 1997. Zack is consistently focused on representing retail landlords, tenants and investors. The majority of his clients are serviced in Ohio; however, he has completed transactions as far away as Maine and New Mexico. Clients benefit from Zack’s combined experience leasing shopping centers, representing retail businesses and analyzing investment sales to maximize returns.
Landlord Representation: Zack is currently responsible for leasing over 3,500,000 square feet of retail property, which includes multiple ground-up developments, large multi-anchored power centers, community centers, freestanding buildings, undeveloped land and redevelopment/repositioning of older properties. His clients include REITs, publicly traded corporations, private developers and investors. Zack’s leasing team includes Seth Marks, a Senior Associate, and the company’s marketing and support staff.
Tenant Representation: Zack is actively seeking retail locations or land for the clients he represents. He has completed rapid corporate rollouts, maintained and grown established businesses and helped many entrepreneurs open their first locations. Zack’s long-term relationships, location intelligence, strategic planning, competition studies and negotiating skills have helped his clients choose and secure the best available real estate for their businesses.
Investment Sales: Zack has helped many of his clients buy and sell off-market, investment-grade real estate. Buyers and sellers turn to Zack for his knowledge of a property’s value, positioning, history, rental rates, market conditions and long-term viability. Zack has also partnered with the company’s Vice President and Director of Investment Sales, Kyle Hartung, to list multi-tenant retail and office properties.
