Behind every deal at our company, our marketing team has had a hand in facilitating the completion of the deal in some way. For the past decade, Michelle Wolanin, Director of Marketing, has been right there overseeing and contributing to our results. Michelle joined Goodman Real Estate Services Group in 2015 as Director of Marketing and has been the backbone of the marketing team ever since. From her previous position with a Fortune 500 company division, Michelle brings years of significant marketing background to the company, with responsibilities ranging from overall company marketing supervision to providing customized materials for the leasing and sales team. Michelle’s duties extend to the company’s ongoing property marketing, research and analysis, as well as to specific client market presentations supporting the company’s tenant representation services.
As Director of Marketing, Michelle runs a team of six talented professionals that provide creative, precise, and cohesive marketing materials that reflect Goodman’s brand. Since 2015, Michelle has successfully put together and run ten Goodman ICSC Las Vegas trade shows as well as other regional shows put on by ICSC. She has also worked diligently to advance the company’s marketing initiatives to align with ever-changing trends. With her special touch, Michelle has also coordinated a decade of countless company celebrations that have brought everyone together for valued time as a Goodman family.
