August 8, 2022 – Wingstop is opening two new locations in the Northern Ohio region, one at 14861 Detroit Avenue in Lakewood, and another at 308 Chestnut Commons Drive in Elyria. The new Lakewood Wingstop location has secured a 960 SF space within the Lakewood City Center, located along Detroit Avenue (State Route 6) near the Detroit Avenue and Warren Road intersection. Wingstop joins Chipotle within the center and other popular food retailers in the area, including Starbucks, Panera, Taco Bell, and Dave’s Hot Chicken. The new Elyria Wingstop location will open soon in a 1,700 SF space within the Discount Drug Mart Plaza located along Chestnut Commons Drive, parallel to Highway 57. This location will join the lineup of well-known food retailers such as Burger King, Taco Bell, Subway, Charley’s Cheesesteaks and Wings, and Romeo’s Pizza.
