June 5, 2023 – Rural King recently purchased the 69,125 SF former JCPenney space on the north side of the Country Club Mall in Cumberland. The Country Club Mall is located along SR-53 in close proximity to I-68 and within the heart of the Cumberland trade area. Rural King joins Walmart Supercenter, T.J.Maxx, Books-A-Million, and other Mall retailers. Rural King also joins ALDI, Martin’s Grocery, Dunham’s Sports, Lowe’s Home Improvement, Gabe’s, Kohl’s, Tractor Supply Co., Dollar Tree, Chick-fil-A, Buffalo Wild Wings, Applebee’s Grill + Bar, and other retailers in the surrounding area.
