October 30, 2023 – Spirit Halloween has recently completed deals in Ohio, Kentucky, and Georgia and were open during the Halloween season. In Ohio, they were open at Ridge Park Square in a 26,668 SF space; Harvard Park in a 25,000 space; and Westwood Town Center in a 8,400 SF space. In Kentucky, Spirit Halloween was open at the Bradford Square Shopping Center in a 49,050 SF space. In Georgia, Spirit Halloween was open in a 25,000 SF space at The Mall at Waycross. Randy Goodman, President; and Alex Justice, Sales and Leasing Associate, at Goodman Real Estate Services Group LLC represented the landlord, Rural King, in both the Bradford Square and The Mall at Waycross transactions, working in conjunction with Interstate Realty Company as the State of Georgia licensed broker for the Waycross location. Zack Sogoloff, Senior Vice President; and Seth Marks, Senior Director, at Goodman Real Estate Services LLC, represented the landlord in the Ridge Park Square, Westwood Town Center, and the Harvard Park transactions.
