This year marks Steve Altemare’s 25th anniversary with Goodman Real Estate Services Group LLC. Steve is a Senior Vice President with Goodman Real Estate Services Group LLC and contributes more than 30 years of experience in the retail industry, focusing on retail leasing and site selection since 1994.
Steve has completed more than 950 deals for retail tenants, restaurants and developers with transactions totaling over 20 million square feet with a market value of nearly a half billion dollars. Commercial real estate is a relationship-based business and Steve has been able to maintain long-term relationships with most clients exceeding ten plus years. Many of Steve’s clients have become friends and those friendships will continue long into the future, even if the business relationship changes. Steve’s experience in various retail asset types ranges from large power centers to neighborhood retail centers as well as ground-up developments, from land acquisition through pre-leasing and development.
