July 29, 2026: EVOO, Saffron Patch, Saatva, AVRS Furniture Design Center, and Flow Yoga Studio are now open at Legacy Village. Additional tenants are also joining the lineup, with Shinto Japanese Steakhouse and Sushi Bar expected to open in September and Moxie coming soon. Moxie is coming back by acclaimed Cleveland restaurateurs Michael DuBois and Brad Friedlander, the team behind Odd Fellows in Chagrin Falls and EVOO at Legacy Village. Friedlander, the original creator of Red, The Steakhouse, Lopez, and Moxie, is reviving the beloved Moxie concept after years of requests from loyal fans of the original Beachwood location. The restaurant enjoyed a remarkable 22-year run and became a favorite dining destination throughout Northeast Ohio. With DuBois and Friedlander at the helm, anticipation is already building for the return of one of Cleveland’s most requested restaurant brands.
