Located in Cuyahoga County, the property is positioned within the high-traffic Cedar Center retail Trade Area surrounded by national retailers, including Target, Macy’s, Walmart, TJ Maxx, Whole Foods, and others. The site will also serve John Carroll University, Legacy Village, and Beachwood Place Mall, further strengthening its foothold within the market.
