Organic-grocer, Earth Fare, hhgregg, Kirkland’s, HomeGoods and American Oven Homestyle Kitchen are currently operating in the 165,000 square foot lifestyle/shopping center. The site, situated in the super-regional 581,000 person Belden Village trade area, is bordered by new hotels and a vibrant intersection generating a lot of traffic to the center.
