August 11, 2024 – Floor and Decor is currently under construction at The Plaza at Chapel Hill in Cuyahoga Falls, backfilling 57,000 SF of an 80,000 SF former Burlington store. 23,000 SF remains available for lease. Burlington recently downsized at The Plaza at Chapel Hill and has now opened a new 25,000 SF store.
The Plaza at Chapel Hill is Akron’s largest power center and is anchored by: Giant Eagle, Floor and Decor, Dick’s Sporting Goods, Marc’s, Burlington, Ross Dress for Less, Lowe’s Outlet, Ollie’s Bargain Outlet, Ashley, and BJ’s Wholesale Club.
