This year, Goodman Real Estate Services Group is proud to celebrate the 10-year anniversary of its Columbus office. Since opening in 2016, the office has played an important role in expanding Goodman’s presence throughout Ohio, providing a local connection to clients in Central and Southern Ohio and helping businesses find opportunities in one of the state’s fastest-growing markets. As Goodman continues to grow, Columbus remains a key part of that success.
Founded in 1998, Goodman Real Estate Services Group has become a leader in commercial real estate throughout the Midwest. Over the past decade, the Columbus office has helped strengthen that reputation by growing client relationships, expanding property marketing, and delivering commercial real estate services throughout Central and Southern Ohio. Since the office’s opening, Goodman has grown to represent more than 100 companies seeking property and now markets approximately 15 million square feet of property across the Midwest.
The success of the Columbus office is driven by a talented team led by Executive Vice President and Manager Dan Clark, who has been with Goodman since 2002. Alongside brokers Joe Belinske and Chad Hamrick, the team works with a wide range of national and regional brands, and property owners, providing expertise in leasing and sales, redevelopment, and tenant representation. Their work has placed new retailers, restaurants, and other businesses in communities across Ohio while helping clients achieve their growth goals. Additionally, this team markets properties for lease and sale from ground-up developments to existing shopping centers for developers and landlords throughout Central and Southern Ohio.
