The conveyed property is a 159,456 square foot open air retail center centrally located within the trade area. Kyle represented Rural King, the seller in the transaction, and procured the buyer, DLC.
The private marketing process attracted multiple offers from qualified buyers, and the property ultimately conveyed to DLC, one of the country’s largest private owner/operators of open-air real estate. The entire process from marketing to closing of the sale took roughly 150 days.
