April 17, 2025 – Taco Bell and Dunkin’ are now open at South Town Center in Medina. These new tenants are now operating in newly constructed freestanding buildings with drive-thrus; Taco Bell is in 2,245 SF on 1.69 AC and Dunkin’ is in 2,200 SF on 1.75 AC. South Town Center is located on Wooster Pike (SR 3), just south of Medina Town Square and retail trade area. There is one remaining pad site available for ground lease adjacent to Taco Bell.
