April 28, 2025 – ALDI, Health Express, and Potbelly are the newest additions to Pearl Plaza in Middleburg Heights. ALDI is now open in a newly built 19,432 SF store on 2.4 AC, and Health Express is now open in a 3,210 SF inline space adjacent to Smoothie King. Potbelly is coming soon to the endcap space and will include a patio. Pearl Plaza is located on Pearl Road, one of the highest-volume routes in the city, and houses national retailers: Chipotle, SVS Vision, AT&T, Citizens Bank, and Smoothie King.
