December 10, 2023 – Phase I of Pearl Plaza in Middleburg Heights is fully leased after the completion of recent transactions.
SVS Vision (2,400 SF), Citizen Bank (2,400 SF), AT&T (1,840 SF), and Smoothie King (1,226 SF) are now open. Noodles & Company (2,185 SF) and ALDI (2.47 AC) are currently under construction. Health Express has executed a lease for the remaining 3,210 SF unit between Citizens Bank and Smoothie King. Phase III (2.7 AC) is available for development.
