September 10th, 2024 – Aldi, one of America’s fastest-growing discount grocery retailers, has announced an ambitious plan to invest $9 billion over the next five years to open 800 new U.S. locations. This expansion aims to bring Aldi’s unique combination of high-quality products and low prices to even more communities, ensuring that they remain a convenient option for millions of customers each month.
“With this commitment to add 800 stores in the next five years, we’ll be where our shoppers need us while positively impacting the communities we serve,” said Aldi CEO Jason Hart in a recent press release.
