Two NEW anchors are joining The Shoppes at Willoughby Hills and the recently opened Produce Packaging (155,000 SF). The Shoppes at Willoughby Hills is located just south of Interstate 90 and Bishop Road in Willoughby Hills, Ohio. Marc’s (52,000 SF) will be opening a NEW grocery store at The Shoppes at Willoughby Hills in the fourth quarter of 2020. They are currently under construction and will occupy the former Giant Eagle location. Milestone Athletic Club (24,400 SF), Cleveland’s premier club for all fitness levels, has opened a fitness facility offering a lap pool, personal training, classroom fitness, cardio theater, cryotherapy, spinning, personal training, CrossFit, performance turf, and so much more in the former OfficeMax location.
