September 30, 2022 – D-BAT Baseball and Softball Academy is coming soon to Beechwood Centre in Avon, Indiana, in a 14,960 SF space. The premier baseball and softball academy has grown to over 145 locations since they opened in 1998 and has become the top baseball and softball training facility in the country. D-BAT will soon open their elite training sessions to the Avon market, in their facility situated in a high-traffic consumer trade area along State Route 36. This region of State Route 36 features a high traffic count of about 35,373 VPD. D-BAT will join Rural King, Emmy’s Pancake House & Grill, and Confidence Club in Beechwood Centre, along with Lowe’s Home Improvements, AutoZone Auto Parts, Walgreens, CVS, Dairy Queen, KFC, Culver’s, and other retailers along State Route 36.
