May 15, 2025 – Panda Express has recently ground-leased the former PNC Bank pad site at Sawmill Square in Dublin. Also within Central Ohio, Panda Express has purchased a 2,740 SF former KFC on a 1 AC parcel along Fishinger Boulevard in the Mill Run Trade Area. In Northeast Ohio, Panda Express has purchased a 1 AC site at the Shops of Brunswick Place on Center Road in Brunswick.
