Tristan Palmieri joined the Cleveland office of Goodman Real Estate Services Group LLC in November 2022. He has been in the real estate industry for six years following his graduation from The University of Denver with a degree in Economics and Property Development in 2018.Tristan stayed in Colorado following graduation and worked for ClearChoice Dental Implant Centers as Construction Project Manager, where he worked on new center buildouts nationwide.
Upon his return to Cleveland in 2020, Tristan worked as a Residential Construction and Property Development Manager. At that time, he also obtained his Ohio real estate sales license.
Today, Tristan is working as a sales associate with Goodman Real Estate Services Group. He works primarily on the Sogoloff sales team led by Zack Sogoloff, Senior Vice President, and Seth Marks, Senior Director, at Goodman Real Estate Services Group LLC. His experience in both residential development, retail tenant construction, and exposure to interior design bring value to the Goodman team. Tristan’s landlord representation consists of a 103-acre mixed-use land development in Sydney, Ohio, multiple ground up retail strip centers developments, community retail centers, freestanding buildings, and power centers across Northeast Ohio. On the tenant side, Tristan has recently begun representing The UPS Store, Edward Jones, and Jet’s Pizza, Level99 and several other retailers and seeking sites for their next locations. He is actively marketing, leasing, and selling properties across Ohio.
