Goodman Real Estate Services Group LLC sells 155,000-square-foot former Sam’s Club at 27853 Chardon Road in Willoughby Hills, Ohio, to Cleveland-based Produce Packaging. Produce Packaging is one of the largest fresh produce packers in the area for restaurants and retail chains. The new space in Willoughby Hills will allow the company to work more efficiently and bring 300 employees to the shopping center.
