Two new leases have been executed and are now under construction at The Shoppes at Willoughby Hills. The shopping center is located at Interstate 90 and Bishop Road in Willoughby Hills, Ohio. The Salvation Army will occupy 24,500 square feet in the former AJ Wright location and will be opening late summer 2018. Aspire Fitness has leased the former OfficeMax location, which will be expanded to 40,000 square feet. This will be Aspire’s first Five Diamond Club in Northeast Ohio and will offer an indoor swimming pool, indoor regulation size basketball court, and many other amenities. Aspire Fitness anticipates opening in the third quarter of 2018.
