May 5, 2022 – Starbucks Coffee will be opening soon in The Corners in Dublin, Ohio. The multinational American coffee chain will occupy a newly built space at the corner of Blazer Parkway and Franz Road. This new location will be situated along a high-traffic road that runs through a densely populated corporate and suburban area. Starbucks will join the recently built (Phase I) 10-AC mixed-use development near the heart of Dublin’s historic downtown. Other proposed tenants include Hammer and Nails Co and The NOW Massage. Daniel Clark, Vice President and Manager, Columbus Office; and Jessica Sonders, Sales Associate, Columbus Office, at Goodman Real Estate Services Group LLC, represented the landlord and tenant in this transaction.
