The car wash is acquiring a 1.84 AC property at the intersection of West Avenue and South Thomas Road, across from Park Ford. ModWash will join other daily needs and auto retailers, including Giant Eagle, Seven Grains Natural Market, Park Ford, Serpentini Chevrolet, NAPA, and O’Reilly Auto Parts.
