December 3, 2022 – Richard Edelman, Senior Vice President/Principal at Goodman Real Estate Service Group LLC, represented Chipotle Mexican Grill, Inc., in opening six new freestanding stores, with their highly desirable Chipotlane pickup window. The Ohio locations are in Norwalk (opened August 2022), Norton (opened August 2022), in Liberty Township on Belmont Avenue near Youngstown (opened December 2022), a second Austintown location on State Route 46 near Interstate 80 (opening January 2023), Shaker Heights (opening January 2023) and East Liverpool (opening January 2023). A new location in The Strip District Terminal building in Pittsburgh opened in November 2022. Additionally, Richard represented Chipotle in the relocation of their Kent State University restaurant to a former Burger King that could accommodate a Chipotlane.
