Bruster’s Real Ice Cream is breaking into the Columbus, Ohio, market later this year at Polaris Parkway. The premium ice cream shop has nearly 200 independently owned locations in 20 states. They offer a large variety of ice cream flavors and artisan desserts that are made right at the store where they are served.
