October 10, 2023 – A combined 114,000 SF has recently been leased at The Plaza at Chapel Hill in Cuyahoga Falls. Floor & Decor will open a new showroom in a 57,000 SF space next year, and Burlington is under construction in a new 25,000 SF anchor space. Lowe’s Outlet is now open in a 32,000 SF anchor space in its first location in Ohio. The Plaza at Chapel Hill is Akron’s largest power center and includes anchors Giant Eagle, Marc’s, Ross Dress for Less, Ollie’s Bargain Outlet, Ashley, and BJ’s Wholesale Club.
