Richard Edelman is a founder and Senior Vice President/Principal of Goodman Real Estate Services Group LLC. Having been in the commercial real estate business for 32 years, Richard has touched all aspects of the retail real estate transaction. His experiences include representing national and regional retailers, multi-parcel land assemblage, investment sales and purchases, and shopping center leasing in all formats, including lifestyle centers, power centers, and malls. Richard has extensive knowledge of all Ohio markets, as well as the West Virginia, northern Kentucky, and western Pennsylvania markets. He is a specialist in designing expansion plans for new entry operators and/or reposition plans for existing market operators who desire to build multiple units. Richard has worked with Chick-fil-A and Chipotle for almost 30 years each. His understanding of what these corporations and others like them want and need from their local real estate representative, in addition to Richard’s diligence, hard work, and creativity, are a testament to the loyalty these companies and others have bestowed upon him.
