AT&T is coming soon to Steelyard Commons, located on Steelyard Drive in Cleveland, Ohio. Cleveland’s Steelyard Commons is a proven 900,000 square foot regional power center that opened in 2007 with no competition in a high density, immediate trade area of over 400,000 people and over 300,000 employees. AT&T will be joining Target, The Home Depot, Walmart Supercenter, Marshalls, and Petco in a freestanding building next to Aldi. Steve Altemare, Senior Vice President, and Robert Yaskanich, Senior Director, at Goodman Real Estate Services Group, represented the landlord in this transaction.
