November 30, 2024 – Grocery Outlet, Sarku Japan, and Brooklyn Nail Bar are currently under construction and will open soon at Ridge Park Square in Brooklyn. Grocery Outlet is slated to open in early 2025 in a 26,668 SF former Bed Bath and Beyond space. Sarku Japan (opening this month) and Brooklyn Nail Bar are coming soon to the Starbucks anchored pad building. These new tenants will join Lowe’s, Marc’s, Ashley, T.J.Maxx, Michaels, AMC, Ross Dress for Less, and many other national retailers at Ridge Park Square, located on the northwest corner of the Interstate 480 and Ridge Road interchange.
