June 25, 2023 – Rural King purchased the 99,005 SF Beechwood Center in Avon in 2019 and has now sold the adjacent 25,300 square foot shopping center next to their 73,705 SF store that opened in spring 2021. Rural King and the Beechwood Center shopping center are situated near SR-36 within Avon’s high-volume retail trade area between residential communities near Avon High School. At the time of the sale, Beechwood Center tenants included D-Bat Baseball and Softball Academy, Emmy’s Pancake House, and Confidence Club Martial Arts.
