July 22, 2025 – Kyle Hartung, Vice President and Director of Investment Sales for Goodman Investment Group, recently brokered the sale of an Adena Health and Ashley Furniture anchored shopping center in Chillicothe, Ohio. Kyle represented Rural King as seller in the transaction and also procured the private buyer. After acquiring the property initially for Rural King, Goodman’s office leased the entire shopping center to Adena and Ashley Furniture while Rural King opened their store in the remainder of the property. This allowed the company to facilitate a lot split and ultimate sale of the balance of the shopping center.
