After 15 years in the making, Beachwood is nearly ready to begin an infrastructure project that will connect Commerce Park and Harvard Road. The project is expected to create new development and commercial real estate opportunities for businesses in the area. Engineering and design work for the 3,100-foot connector road is almost complete.
