This year marks Jim Becker’s 15th anniversary with Goodman Real Estate Services Group LLC. Since 2011, Jim has served as Senior Executive/Director in the Cleveland office. Over the past 15 years, Jim has prioritized, customer relationships, and advocating for his clients’ needs, allowing him to successfully represent a wide range of retailers and landlords.
Jim specializes in shopping center leasing and sales, local and national tenant representation, and retail site selection and market planning. His current list of tenants he represents includes Carter’s, Maurices, Pet Supplies Plus, Rally House, Shoe Sensation, and Sweet Kiddles.
Jim has also represented landlords, ranging from free-standing buildings to 400,000 square-foot power centers. With his expertise, Jim has successfully represented landlords in deals involving small in-line spaces, anchor spaces, and outparcels. One current center is Macedonia Gateway in Macedonia, Ohio. Leasing this center resulted in the redevelopment of an old format Burlington store into a new Burlington, plus T.J. Maxx, Nordstrom Rack, and Sephora.
