Hartung represented the original developer and current owner of the buildings and secured the buyer, a local real estate investor. This class A office condo development is situated amongst a growing number of retailers and medical buildings in the area, some of which include Target, Lowe’s Home Improvement, and Cleveland Clinic and Akron Children’s Hospital. The majority of the condos in the property were sold in the transaction.
