March 14th, 2024 – Since March 2014, Alex Justice has been an invaluable asset to our team, bringing with her a wealth of knowledge and a relentless drive for excellence. Alex started in Goodman’s marketing department where she soon stood out with her ambitious strive for perfection in her work product and her creative ideas to advance the company forward. Due to her excellent work ethic and engaging demeanor, she was offered and accepted an inter-company move to the sales team, to work directly with Randy Goodman.
Now specializing in tenant/buyer and landlord/seller representation, site selection, and market analysis, Alex has consistently delivered exceptional results for her clients. Her portfolio speaks volumes, representing esteemed brands such as T.J. Maxx, Marshalls, Home Goods, Sierra, and Rural King. Notably, Alex has been the driving force behind Rural King Realty’s owned properties, overseeing marketing, sales and leasing for their entire portfolio across 13 states.
