Over his career, Michael has successfully closed hundreds of deals with current clients Panda Express (40+), ALDI (10), First Watch (10), Chopt Creative Salad Company (currently two units and counting), and LA Fitness/Club Studio. Other major accounts include KBP Brands, Jersey Mikes Subs, Donatos Pizza, CFT NV Developments LLC (Panda’s Development Arm), BP Pulse, and Guggenheim Partners.
Outside of buyer and tenant representation, Michael specializes in land assemblage, development, property marketing, surplus dispositions, and leasing, along with experience in management of multi-family investments. His role as Chief Development Officer and partner in a multi-unit chain of Northeast Ohio quick-serve restaurants gives him an owners and operational perspective that provides a unique skill set that is used to maximize results for his clients, such as obtaining the most desirable location, negotiating the best deal terms, and diligently pushing to get the deal closed.
