Alex Justice is a Senior Director at Goodman Real Estate Services Group LLC. She graduated from The Ohio State University with a Bachelor of Arts and Sciences in 2013 and joined the company in 2014. She specializes in tenant/buyer and landlord/seller representation, site selection and market analysis, marketing property for lease and sale, and marketing and pre-leasing new developments. Alex, Randy Goodman, and Maggie Jones currently represent The TJX Companies, Inc., including T. J. Maxx, Marshalls, HomeGoods, Homesense, and Sierra (Northern Ohio), and represent Rural King for new stores and relocations in Ohio, Western Pennsylvania, Indiana, and Michigan. She also represents Rural King Real Estate & Development throughout their owned property portfolio in several states, leasing/selling excess property including big boxes, vacant land, inline spaces, carve-outs, and outlots.
