Joe Belinske joined the Columbus office of Goodman Real Estate Services Group LLC in June 2022. Joe graduated from The Ohio State University in 2022 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Finance Specialization. While in school, Joe worked at Belinske Development Company assisting with property management and leasing. Since joining Goodman Real Estate Services Group in Summer 2022, Joe has been working alongside Dan Clark, Vice President and Manager, as he begins his career in commercial real estate.
Joe’s current tenant representation clients include Freddy’s Frozen Custard & Steakburgers, KBP Brands (Arby’s, Taco Bell, KFC), and SweatHouz. His developer/landlord clients include Berengaria Development, DeVille Developments, Five Points Family Ventures, Moment Development, Northstar Realty, Schiff Properties, Serenity Capital Management and Witness Investment.
Joe’s responsibilities include assisting clients in finding suitable locations for their businesses and negotiating lease agreements on their behalves.
Regarding landlord representation, Joe has been dedicated to seeking out potential tenants to occupy available spaces. This involves proactive measures such as cold calling and sending marketing emails to connect with prospective tenants and showcase the properties Goodman represents.
