Joe Belinske joined the Columbus office of Goodman Real Estate Services Group LLC in June 2022. He graduated from The Ohio State University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a Finance Specialization. Before joining Goodman, Joe gained hands-on experience at Belinske Development Company, where he assisted with property management and leasing.
Since 2022, Joe has been actively engaged in commercial real estate, working alongside Dan Clark, Vice President and Manager. Over the past three years, he has developed expertise in tenant and landlord representation, site selection, and lease negotiations.
Joe’s current tenant representation clients include KBP Brands (Arby’s, Taco Bell, KFC), Pizza Hut, FedEx, SweatHouz, and Aladdin’s Eatery. On the developer/landlord side, he represents Curbline, Marquee Capital, Five Points Family Ventures, Moment Development, Schiff Properties, Serenity Capital Management, US Bank.
