Larry Klein joined Goodman Real Estate Services Group LLC in 2020 as a Senior Executive/Director. Larry is a seasoned professional who has been in the real estate business for over 35 years. Most of his tenure was spent with Forest City Enterprises where Larry was involved in leasing, development, and sales of the company’s shopping centers. Having leased over 6 million square feet of power centers and regional shopping centers, mostly from the ground up, he has worked with a vast number of different retailers, from anchor stores to restaurant users. Larry has also leased approximately 4 million square feet of space in existing centers around the country, including outlot buildings and anchor spaces. He worked on leasing 7 million square feet of property in the Ohio market alone.
The tenants Larry has completed deals with include Walmart, Sam’s Club, Target, Nordstrom, JCPenney, Macy’s, Dicks Sporting Goods, Home Depot, Albertsons, Safeway, JOANN, Michaels, Best Buy, OfficeMax, Office Depot, Bed Bath and Beyond, Buy Buy Baby, World Market, Kohl’s, Big Lots, Binny’s Beverage, Petsmart, Nordstrom Rack, Ross Stores, Famous Footwear, Dave & Buster’s, AMC, Regal Cinema, Cinemark, Bass Pro Shops, Off Fifth Saks, Charleys, Rise Dispensary, and Bob’s Discount Furniture. Larry has worked extensively in Ohio, Colorado, California, Florida, Virginia, Delaware, Nevada, and numerous other states.
