Maggie Jones is a Sales & Leasing Associate at Goodman Real Estate Services Group LLC. Maggie graduated from the University of Dayton with a bachelor’s degree in Communication Management. She joined Goodman Real Estate as a Marketing Specialist and quickly transitioned onto the sales team. Maggie specializes in tenant/buyer and landlord/seller representation, site selection and market analysis, marketing property for lease and sale, and marketing and pre-leasing new developments. Maggie currently works on a team with Randy Goodman and Alex Justice, representing The TJX Companies, Inc., including T. J. Maxx, Marshalls, HomeGoods, Homesense, and Sierra (Northern Ohio). Along with Randy and Alex, Maggie represents Rural King for new stores and relocations in Ohio, Western Pennsylvania, Indiana, and Michigan, as well as leasing and sales for Rural King Real Estate & Development’s owned property portfolio, which includes big boxes, vacant land, inline spaces, carve-outs, and outlots in several states.
