Randy Goodman is the President and Managing Principal of Goodman Real Estate Services Group LLC. He graduated from The University of Colorado in 1986 with a B.A. in Economics and since 1987, has specialized in retail real estate. Randy has marketed and leased to completion ground–up new shopping center developments totaling over 4.8 million square feet in the power-center and lifestyle-center formats. He has completed in excess of 1,000 leases and sales, many with the major retailers in the industry, including Target, Walmart, The Home Depot, Costco, Best Buy, T.J.Maxx, Marshalls, HomeGoods, Sierra, Old Navy, Michaels, Dick’s Sporting Goods, PetSmart, Petco, OfficeMax, Staples, Rural King, Crate and Barrel, Expo Design Center, BJ’s Wholesale Club, Regal Cinemas, Cabela’s, Giant Eagle, and more. Randy has represented numerous retailers and restaurants, including completing 17 deals for The Home Depot and 74 for Rural King. Today, along with managing the day-to-day operations of Goodman Real Estate Services Group, Randy specializes in representing retailers and restaurants in their site selection process, land assemblage and sales, pre-leasing and marketing of new developments, and leasing existing properties. He, along with Alex Justice and Maggie Jones, represent TJX Companies in Northern Ohio, and are the master national brokers for Rural King for new stores and relocations, as well as the leasing and sales for Rural King Real Estate & Development’s entire owned property portfolio across 13 states.
