Senior Director Robert Yaskanich has been with Goodman Real Estate Services Group since 2007, with an 18-year track record with one of the Midwest’s premier commercial real estate firms. With a focus on acquisition representation and advisory for new developments, retail leasing and investment sales, corporate disposition, and tenant representation, Rob advises owners, developers, and investors across Ohio’s retail real estate market on positioning, pricing strategy, and timing for acquisitions and dispositions of retail assets.
His experience includes advising on site acquisition, development strategy, and the leasing and positioning of retail properties to enhance value and marketability. He has been involved in a number of Northeast Ohio’s premier multi-tenant shopping centers, including Avon Commons, Steelyard Commons, Oakwood Commons, Mentor Commons, Marketplace at Four Corners, and many others. He has worked with a range of developers and investors, including First Interstate Properties, Plaza Street Partners, The Niki Group,
WXZ Development, CFT Development, PennTex Ventures, and Armstrong Development.
