Seth Marks is a Senior Director with Goodman Real Estate Services Group LLC. Seth graduated from The Ohio State University with a B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance and Real Estate and Urban Analysis. He entered the retail real estate industry after graduation and has completed 750+ transactions for landlord and tenant clients in over 15 states throughout his professional career.
Seth specializes in shopping center leasing, new developments, land sales, tenant site selection, and disposition. He also has experience leasing in-line and kiosk mall space, mixed-use developments, and other retail developments in multiple states. Seth’s current portfolio totals over 5 million square feet, comprised of new ground-up developments, multianchored power centers, community centers, free-standing buildings, and undeveloped land. He represents multiple landlords in leasing their retail properties, including First Interstate Properties; Visconsi Companies, Ltd.; America’s Realty, LLC; Curbline Properties Corp.; Wald & Fisher, Inc.; Zeisler Morgan Properties, Ltd; Deville Developments, LLC; and Sidhu Realty Capital, LLC. Seth also works exclusively with the following retailers and restaurants in their market analysis and site selection process: Wingstop, Popeyes, Phantom Fireworks, Visual Comfort Co., Pure Hockey, Mustard Seed Market & Cafe, Dave’s Cosmic Subs, and My Local Infusion.
Seth is a seven-time CoStar Power Broker award winner and has received additional recognition with 18 CoStar Power Quarterly Deals awards since 2020. He is licensed as a real estate salesperson in Ohio (active) and Missouri (inactive), and also holds license as a real estate broker in Florida (active)
