Tristan Palmieri is a member of the Sogoloff Team at Goodman Real Estate Services Group LLC, based in Cleveland, Ohio. He joined the firm in November 2022 and is now in his third year with the company.
A graduate of the University of Denver with a degree in Economics and Property Development, Tristan began his career in Denver as a Construction Project Manager for ClearChoice Dental Implant Centers, overseeing new retail and medical buildouts across the country. His experience in construction management provided a strong foundation in tenant buildouts, budget and timeline management, and cross-team collaboration—skills that continue to serve his clients today.
Upon his return to Cleveland in 2020, Tristan worked as a Residential Construction and Property Development Manager. At that time, he also obtained his Ohio real estate sales license. This blend of residential development and national retail construction experience has equipped him with a comprehensive understanding of both the physical and financial aspects of real estate.
At Goodman, Tristan supports both landlords and tenants in leasing and sales across Northeast and Central Ohio. He plays an active role in marketing and leasing a variety of retail assets, from mixed-use developments and freestanding retail buildings and power centers. His landlord representation portfolio includes projects such as Legacy Village, 200 Public Square, The Greens of Lyndhurst, Kruse Commons, Willoughby Commons, Westlake Commons, The Plaza at Chapel Hill, Harvard Park, The Plaza at South Park, The Greens of Strongsville, and Medwick Marketplace in Medina, and Arlington Ridge Marketplace in Green, OH.
Working as part of the Sogoloff Team, alongside Zack Sogoloff, Senior Vice President, and Seth Marks, Senior Director; Tristan has contributed to several high-profile initiatives, including the team’s recent representation of DeVille Developments across more than 90 shopping centers throughout Canton, Akron, Green, Fairlawn, Cleveland, and surrounding markets.
On the tenant side, Tristan works closely with expanding regional and national brands on their growth strategies. His active clients include Jet’s Pizza, The UPS Store, Penn Station, Wing Stop, SVS Vision, Edward Jones and Keke’s Breakfast Café.
With a background that bridges development, construction, and brokerage, Tristan brings a well-rounded, detail-oriented approach to every assignment. His ability to understand both the operational and strategic sides of retail real estate makes him a valuable resource to property owners and tenants alike as they navigate today’s evolving market.
