Tristan Palmieri is an integral member of the Sogoloff Team at Goodman Real Estate Services Group, where he has spent three and a half years focusing on retail leasing primarily in the greater Cleveland area.
After earning his degree in Economics and Property Development from the University of Denver, Tristan stayed in Denver and worked as a construction manager for Clear Choice Dental, traveling nationwide for new center build outs. During the COVID-19 pandemic, Tristan gained firsthand experience in the development of residential and commercial projects working alongside his family business. These roles gave him valuable experience in the development process, which he now leverages to assist both landlords and tenants in leasing and selling spaces.
At Goodman, Tristan has been responsible for marketing and leasing numerous high-profile properties, including Legacy Village, Avon Commons, Eastgate Shopping Center, Portage Crossing Shopping Center, Harvard Park, Ridge Park Square, The Plaza at South Park, The Plaza at Chapel Hill, The Greens of Strongsville, and Westlake Commons. Tristan uses his nearly four years of experience with regional power centers to leverage landlords for the best leasing opportunities in their respective market.
Concurrently, Tristan is working on store expansion programs with brands Fielmann USA, The UPS Store, Jet’s Pizza, Penn Station, Bibibop, and SportClips Haircuts. Tristan has secured the entire state of Ohio for procurement of new sites for SVS Vision in 2026.
