CAVA announced a 9% increase in same-store sales and a 5.3% increase in traffic in Q2! During the quarter, the Mediterranean-inspired fast-casual restaurant opened 17 new locations and expects to open additional restaurants in Las Vegas and San Francisco later this year. Along with new restaurants, CAVA has released new menu items, including Pomegranate Glazed Salmon, with Roasted Garlic Shrimp and pre-marinated chicken potentially coming soon.
