CAVA launched “Flavor Your Future,” a campaign designed to support career growth within the company as it continues its rapid expansion. This year, CAVA plans to open 75 new locations, following the 72 restaurants it opened last year. At this rate, CAVA aims to reach 1,000 Mediterranean restaurants by 2030.
